My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria Hurban as our buyers' agent on the recent purchase of our home in Huntington, New York.  We recommend Vicki for real estate brokerage services whole-heartedly and without qualification.  The back of Vicki's business card lists core values of her agency.  The meaning of those values in essence is to get the best possible fit for all parties; that is, to create a win-win situation.  My husband and I truly believe that this was Vicki's goal throughout our first time home buying process.

We started off our search with a different agent.  When the relationship did not work out, wer were lucky enough to get a recommendation from a friend to work with Vicki..  We were frustrated and disillusioned at the time, so we did not contact her right away.  However, Vicki kept in touch through very non-invasive emails, just offering advice and an information meet-ups with no pressure.

From the moment we met Vicki (and thank goodness we did ), we trusted her.  She is warm and friendly, and most importantly, not pushy in the least.  Vicki walked us through this overwhelming process from start to finish.  She was patient and willing to do whatever was needed to find our perfect house at the perfect price.  She never once shoved papers for us to sign in our face and always worked on trust.

Shes is also professional and on top of her gam when it is time to negotiate.  When we finally found "the house", we put in an offer that we could afford and were at first rejected.  However, Vicki did not give up!  Three weeks after our initial offer, Vicki proactively followed-up with the seller's agent who was willing to meet us with a lower counter-offer.  Vicki's efforts did not stop after our accepted offer.  She continued to guide us through the inspection and mortgage application.  Our closing went as smooth as smooth can be...the sellers were happy as were we!

We now own a beautiful home in Huntington that we can afford and have absolutely no buyers remorse which many often do.  To boot, our home was actually appraised for more than we paid for it which is a sign that we had a great agent on our side.
